Wineries remove the dead yeast and add a bit more still wine to fill the space, then replace the cork. Champagne comes in distinctive glass bottles with a special cork that’s held down by a wire cage.

Champagne is best served chilled and in a Champagne flute. Champagne is most often drunk on its own however some people like to add orange juice with it which is called a Mimosa.
