Stages in the Gourmet Ads Recruitment Process

1. Application
Discover the perfect opportunity and apply directly through our website. Our dedicated Advertising Jobs page showcases all currently available positions. Prior to applying, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the job description to ensure that the role aligns with your skills and career aspirations.

2. Questions
If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to delve deeper into your understanding of the role through a series of targeted questions. This stage may also require additional information or documentation, enabling us to appreciate your qualifications and experience.

3. Assessment
Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in a job-specific assessment to gauge your suitability for the role. These capability-based assessments  allows us to understand your skills and aptitude in a practical context, ensuring that we’re creating a mutually beneficial match between your abilities and our needs.

4. Video Q&A
Engage with our team in a dynamic and interactive 15 to 18-minute video Q&A session. You’ll respond to up to six questions related to the role. View this as your stage to shine – we invite you to express your passion, demonstrate your understanding of the role, and highlight the unique qualifications that set you apart.

5. Interviews
For those advancing to this stage, you’ll be shortlisted and invited to participate in two comprehensive video interviews. These discussions, with various team members, including department heads and our President Benjamin Christie, allow us to delve deeper into your skills, experiences, and fit with our team’s values and goals. Simultaneously, they provide an excellent opportunity for you to understand our culture better and ask any questions about life at Gourmet Ads.

6. References
Once you’ve made it to this stage, we’ll conduct a thorough review of your professional and character references, as well as background checks. This step ensures we’re maintaining the high standard of trust and integrity that defines Gourmet Ads.

7. Offer
Upon successful completion of the interview stage, we extend an offer to the chosen candidates. This formal offer will be delivered digitally for your review and sign-off, making the process efficient and environmentally friendly.
