Gourmet Ads & Healthy Ads is seeking an experienced Head of Sales with an established record of sales leadership and revenue generation to join our team.

With a deep knowledge of Programmatic and Managed Services (Brand Direct and Traditional Digital Agency Sales) you will oversee Advertising Sales and be responsible for Revenue.

You must be able to lead by example with your own key clients but your primary responsibility is to coach, motivate and drive revenue results with a small sales team of Account Executives, Account Managers and support staff which report directly to you.

Our business is built upon Xandr and Amazon Advertising on the AdTech side, we are a rapidly growing media company which dominates the Food and Health verticals. We offer a range of advertising solutions, with Contextual Targeting Technology at heart of our advertising solutions for clients.

Position Summary

Gourmet Ads is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Account Executive to join our global programmatic accounts team where you will play a key role in growing and developing our relationships with Brands and Advertising Agencies. We are looking for an East Coast-based (Account Executive) to continue to penetrate key markets across the USA and Canada.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Developing and Executing the Sales Strategy
  • Growing, Mentoring and Developing the Sales Team of Programmatic & Direct Sellers
  • Total Salesforce CRM Management from Prospect to Account
  • Identify Opportunities from our existing Programmatic, Agency and Direct Buyers
  • Ongoing Development of our Programmatic Offering (i.e. Packages, Deals, Private Marketplaces and Programmatic Guaranteed)
  • Ongoing Development of our Managed Services Offering
  • Conduct QBRs, Lunch & Learns with Buyers
  • Establish Trading Agreements with Key Partners for sustained growth

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ Years Selling Programmatic &/or Managed Services
  • Deep understanding of major DSPs and how they function with SSPs
  • Previous experience working at a Programmatic Trading Network or Publisher
  • Deep and extensive Industry Relationships (DSPs, Trading Desks, Agencies)
  • Experienced in Salesforce
